What started as a small passion project 21 years ago, helping a few Hertfordshire-based locals fix their computers, has turned into something I could have only ever dreamed of.
We now serve thousands in Hertfordshire and have a community of over 1,000 members.
Over the years, as social media grew in popularity and things like online shopping, banking, and working from home became the new ‘normal,’ our community was regularly reaching out to us asking:
“Can I trust this website, Elliott? I’m not sure due to the increase in online scams.”

Since then, we’ve made it our mission to help our local community stay safe, vigilant, and protected online.
